Abstract

|
본 연구는 자궁절제술 환자의 성건강 교육요구도와 간호사의 성건강 교육수행정도를 알아봄으로써 전문적인 양질의 간호를 할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다.연구대상은 서울·경기지역에 소재하고 있는 1개의 종합병원과 2개의 대학병원,2개의 여성전문병원의 산부인과 병동에서 자궁절제술을 받은 입원환자 108명과 이들 의료기관에서 근무하는 간호사 101명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 구조화된 질문지를 통하여 자궁절제술 환자는 2001년 7월 23일부터 9월 30일까지, 간호사는 2001년 12월 5일부터 12월 13일까지 수집하였으며, 연구도구는 대상자의 제 특성 20문항과 성건강 교육 36문항, 총 56문항으로, Likert식 4
점 평정척도의 질문지를 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS Win10.0을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율로 산출하였고,
자궁절제술 환자의 교육요구도와 간호사의 교육수행 정도는 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA,Duncan Multiple Range test, Spearman’s rho Correlation Coefficient를 산출하였다. 자궁절제술 환자의 성건강 교육요구도는 평균평점 3.30점으로,성건강
증진 영역의 요구가 가장 높았으며,성적 상호작용에서 가장 낮은 요구도를 보였다. 간호사의 교육수행정도는 평균평점 1.80점으로, 성건강 증진 영역에서 가장 높게 수행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자궁절제술 환자의 성건강 교육요구도와 간호사의 성건강
교육수행정도를 비교한 결과는 성생리 교육에 대한 환자의 교육요구도와 간호사의 교육수행정도 간의 순위 상관관계는 -.67(p=.019)로 유의한 역상관관계가 있었으며, 성심리 교육에 대한 교육요구도와 간호사의 교육수행정도 간의 순위 상관관계는 .76(p=.028)으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 성적상호작용 교육에 대한 환자의 교육요구도와 간호사의 교육수행정도 간의 순위 상관관계는 .68(p=.006)로 유의한 상관관계가 있었고, 성건강 증진 교육에 대한 환자의 교육요구도와 간호사의 교육수행정도 간의 순위
상관관계는 .36(p=.382)으로 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 따라서 환자의 성건강 교육요구도와 간호사의 성건강 교육 수행정도가
일치하지 않고, 환자의 교육에 대한 요구에 비하여 간호사들의 교육수행정도가 낮음을 확인하였다. 이에 실무간호사들은
자궁절제술을 받은 환자의 성건강 교육에 대한 자신들의 역할을 명확하게 정의하여 대상자가 성적으로 건강하도록 도와줄 것과
성건강 교육에 대한 환자의 교육요구도와 간호사의 교육수행정도 차이의 원인 분석에 대한 추후 연구를 제언한다.

Purpose: This study was to serve the sexual health education of the hysterectomy patients and to get the basic data of the nursing intervention on sexual health education. Sexual health education for the patients is an independent function as well as a professional responsibility of nurses.
Method: The subjects were composed of 108 post-op patients who had undergone doing a hysterectomy 5 to 10 days previously and 101 nurses at OBGY hospitals. For data analysis, the study executed a frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Range test and Spearman´s rho correlation coefficient, in accordance with the purpose of the study using SPSS Win 10.0.
Result: Mean score of the needs degree of sexual health education was 3.30 point. The need for education was highest in the sexual health promotion with education related to sexual interaction the lowest. Mean score of the nurse’s teaching performance degree of sexual health education was 1.80 point, The nurse’s teaching performance was highest in the sexual health promotion. There exist significant correlations between the degree of patient’s educational needs and the degree of nurse’s teaching performance on physiosexual(p=-.667, p<.05), psychosexual(p=.762, p<.05), sexual interaction(p=.667, p<.05) respectively. There was no significant difference on sexual health promotion(p=.359, p>.05).
Conclusion: The degree of sexual health education needs of hysterectomy patients was very high. Therefore, continuous nursing education program should be developed and provided for the promotion of the performance of sexual health education as the nursing professional role.
